All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€).

Where applicable, prices include VAT and other legally required charges.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available on our website.

We do not have access to your complete payment card information where payment is processed by an external payment provider.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout and/or on our Shipping Policy page.

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes, severe weather or other events beyond our control.
